Returns & Exchanges

DAUNTLESS is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. As an e-commerce-only brand, we offer both returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow the guidelines below for a seamless return or exchange experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Opened tights or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

 

How to Return or Exchange

  • Return by Mail: Log into your DAUNTLESS account to initiate a return or exchange. Print the prepaid return label and drop the package at a designated shipping location. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Access your customer account here.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps to return the original item and select the exchange option during the return process. You will receive the replacement once the return has been processed and approved.
  • Alternatively, you can email hello@go-dauntless.com and we will be in touch quickly to manual assist with your return. 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 20 business days of receiving the returned item at our fulfilment centre and credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are subject to our approval pending receipt of the items and confirmation that they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfilment error on our part.

 

Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.
